We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Lead, Maintenance (Power Plant) Location : Ogun Job Type: Full Time Job Purpose The Lead, Maintenance (Power Plant) plans and coordinates maintenance activities, identify equipment requirements, maintain an efficient and accurate records of departmental technical information for the achievement of company’s goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues. Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to production processes Ensure all equipment operates within safety and efficiency standards. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan. Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure the efficient operation of the power plant. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards. Oversee the inspection, repair, and maintenance of power plant equipment, including boilers, turbines, generators, compressors, and electrical systems. Assists in scheduling all planned maintenance activity at the site. Qualification First Degree or its equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical/Power Engineering Professional certification and membership e.g., COREN/NSE are added advantage Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience: with at least 3 years in senior management level. Experience: in FMCG industry, especially food and beverage, is required. Required Skills & Competencies: Power plant maintenance, leadership, HSE.
