Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and other industry stakeholders. Understand client power and energy requirements: and work with the technical team to develop appropriate solutions. Demonstrable experience: in winning new business and generating revenue, not only account management or customer service. Strong understanding of power and energy solutions, including solar systems, hybrid power systems, batteries, inverters, power optimization, energy management, or related technologies. Experience: developing business with corporate clients, telecom companies, EPC contractors, infrastructure companies, government organizations, or other large commercial clients will be highly advantageous. Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop relationships with decision-makers and convert leads into contracts/projects. Experience: with tenders, RFQs, RFPs, proposals and commercial negotiations. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the B2B sales cycle. Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication and relationship-management skills. Strong industry network within the energy, power, infrastructure or telecom sectors. Ability to work independently, develop a business pipeline and take ownership of revenue targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management tools.
