This role is for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and technology. Beyond managing projects, you'll be responsible for building a fully digitized project management system that gives real-time visibility into every stage of project execution. At Noani Home & Design, we're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Head of Project Delivery to lead the successful execution of our interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead weekly project review meetings and provide executive reports. Drive continuous process improvement across project delivery. Implement and manage digital project management systems (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Microsoft Project, etc.). Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Noani's quality standards. Prepare and review BOQs, quotations, invoices, and project documentation. Track project budgets, change orders, profitability, and resource allocation. Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans. Coordinate designers, procurement, site supervisors, artisans, vendors, and installers. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and execution schedules. Ensure all projects are properly documented with real-time progress tracking and reporting. Monitor project milestones and hold teams accountable for deliverables. Own every client project from contract signing to final handover. Requirements: PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is an added advantage. Strong budgeting, reporting, and analytical abilities. Proven experience: implementing digital project management tools and workflows. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Minimum of 5 years' experience: managing construction, fit-out, interior design, or related projects. Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or a related field.
