Min Qualification: HND Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries on account opening, trading activities, portfolio statements, and investment products. Process account opening documentation, mandate updates, and KYC requirements: in line with SEC and NGX regulations. Liaise with the operations and trading departments to ensure accurate and timely execution of client instructions. Handle complaints and service requests professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for audit and compliance purposes. Educate clients on online trading platforms, investment options, and account management procedures. Assist in the preparation and distribution of trade confirmations, account statements, and investment reports.
