What You’ll Do Address customer questions and onboarding challenges Educate customers on Expedier’s products and services Guide users through account setup, KYC, and wallet creation Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports Drive first transactions and follow up with inactive users Contact and onboard new users via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels Work with the Marketing, Product, Community, and Operations teams. What We’re Looking For Recent graduate or current student in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field Customer-focused, organized, proactive, and target-driven Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, solving problems, and working towards measurable results, we'd love to hear from you.
