Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Rotating Schedule Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities, guest rooms, public areas, and equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areas. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations. Repair and maintain furniture, fixtures, doors, windows, locks, and other hotel property. Monitor and maintain water, power, air conditioning, and generator systems. Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety, and hotel standards. Keep maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
