We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Operations to lead and integrate all manufacturing operations, including Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering & Maintenance, Warehousing, Logistics, Facilities, and HSE. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, improve productivity, optimize costs, and ensure the business consistently delivers quality products that meet customer expectations. This role will provide strategic leadership across the manufacturing value chain, ensuring alignment between demand, production capacity, inventory, procurement, quality, and overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Champion operational excellence by improving productivity, optimizing asset utilization, reducing waste, managing operational budgets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure equipment reliability, facility availability, and compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards through effective maintenance and infrastructure management. Establish and monitor operational KPIs, dashboards, and governance processes, leading daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews to drive accountability and informed decision-making. Drive production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination while leading the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand, capacity, procurement, and inventory with business goals. Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, safety, and operational excellence. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, HR, and other business functions to ensure seamless execution of operational plans and the achievement of customer and business objectives. Lead and integrate all manufacturing operations, including Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Warehousing, Logistics, HSE, and Facilities, to achieve production, quality, safety, cost, and customer service objectives. Requirements: Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, APICS/CSCP, NEBOSH, or related certifications are desirable. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Chemistry, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years' experience: in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a senior operations leadership role. Proven experience: managing multi-functional manufacturing operations. Experience: within FMCG, chemical, industrial, or manufacturing environments is highly preferred. MBA or Master's Degree will be an added advantage. Required Skills: Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Leadership & People Management Stakeholder Management Strategic Thinking and Decision-Making Performance Management & Operational Analytics Production Planning & Inventory Management ERP Systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP) and Power BI Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
