This role requires a professional with hands-on experience: on construction project sites and a strong commitment to delivering quality projects safely and efficiently. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Civil Engineer to join our growing construction team. Key Responsibilities: Identify quality issues, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and subcontractors. Review and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality procedures. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, test records, and daily/weekly quality reports. Verify that construction materials meet approved specifications before use. Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Promote continuous improvement and quality awareness across project teams. Conduct quality inspections on civil works including earthworks, concrete works, reinforcement, structural works, masonry, and finishing. Participate in site meetings and provide quality-related recommendations. Ensure compliance with company quality policies, engineering standards, and applicable regulations.
