Be directly accountable for the delivery of key clinical performance indicators specific to anesthesia outcomes, actively striving for continuous improvement. Education, Skills and Competencies Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a nationally and internationally recognized institution. Board Certification in Anesthesiology (e.g., Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons (FWACS) in Anesthesiology, Fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (FMCNA), or equivalent international certification). Valid and current medical license to practice Anesthesiology/Critical Care. Must have minimum of 9 years post qualification experience: as an Anaesthetist Demonstrated expertise in leading quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, or clinical governance activities specific to Anesthesiology. Proficiency in advanced anesthesia techniques, including regional anesthesia, difficult airway management, and critical care management.
