We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic, administrative, and project coordination support to the CEO on a high-profile government recruitment project. This is a fast-paced and high-responsibility role requiring exceptional organisation, sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring seamless executive and project operations. The successful candidate will have significant experience: supporting C-suite executives in complex, high-volume, and stakeholder-driven environments. They must be comfortable working under pressure, coordinating across multiple teams, managing sensitive information, and following through on critical deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the CEO. Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and competing priorities. Coordinate activities relating to the government recruitment project and ensure key milestones and deadlines are met. Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, government representatives, candidates, and other external stakeholders. Coordinate interviews, recruitment schedules, executive meetings, workshops, and project review sessions. Prepare professional reports, presentations, meeting agendas, briefing documents, correspondence, and minutes. Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and follow up on action items to support successful project execution. Screen emails and correspondence, prioritise urgent matters, and draft professional communications on behalf of the CEO. Organise and maintain accurate project records, recruitment documentation, and confidential files. Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively identify and resolve potential challenges. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Perform other executive support and project coordination duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum of four years’ experience: supporting C-suite executives in an Executive Assistant or similar capacity. Demonstrated experience: supporting complex recruitment, government, public-sector, consulting, or project-based operations. Exceptional organisational, planning, prioritisation, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong stakeholder-management and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience: using project-management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience: supporting government or public-sector projects. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field. Relevant project-management certification or professional qualification.
