Seeking an Internal Audit Specialist for our Growth Country Units to supervise key audits and strengthen operational controls. Partner with senior leaders to drive efficiency, prevent fraud, and safeguard financial health as we scale. Responsibilities: Plan and supervise the execution of medium-complexity audits and management requests with little or no manager support: Support the delivery of IA OKRs as they relate to the country program Innovate and solve audit plan execution challenges/ problems (e.g swapping audits due to other conflicting events) Own execution of internal audit tests Coordinate the team to ensure delivery of the audit report and management reports in compliance with IA methodology Deliver high-quality reviews in compliance with Internal Audit Methodology Own findings related to team lead level or defined grade 2&3: Regularly follow up with management responsible to ensure findings are resolved Work with management responsible for the findings to develop resolutions Report findings to management Qualifications For this role specifically, you will have: 3+ years of Experience: with Data Analytics Tools such as Power BI Audit Findings and Report-writing experience. 3+ years of Experience: with accounting and auditing applications such as SAP, Symbiant 3+ years of Audit experience: Eligibility: This role is only open to citizens or permanent residents of Nigeria.
