Key Responsibilities: Promote and market the company’s loan products to prospective customers. Generate new leads and customers through direct marketing, referrals, networking, social media, and field activities. Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to prospective customers. Follow up with leads and prospective customers to convert inquiries into successful applications. Assist customers with the loan application process and required documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and applications. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Submit regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
