The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of personnel, goods, or company assets while ensuring vehicles are maintained in excellent working condition and all road safety regulations are strictly observed. Key Responsibilities: Respond appropriately to emergencies, accidents, or vehicle breakdowns. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while planning efficient travel routes. Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles. Carry out any other transportation-related duties assigned by management. Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, mileage, maintenance, and expenses. Monitor vehicle documentation, ensuring licences, insurance, and other statutory documents remain valid. Safely transport staff, executives, clients, or goods to designated locations. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and courteous conduct at all times. Report vehicle faults promptly and coordinate routine servicing and repairs. Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips. Assist with loading and unloading items where necessary. Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies. Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required. Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Physically fit with excellent eyesight and hearing. Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
