Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents. Take accurate minutes during meetings and follow up on action items. Manage incoming and outgoing executive communications. Administrative Responsibilities: Draft professional emails, letters, reports, proposals, and presentations. Maintain confidential records, files, and executive documents. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and meeting materials. Monitor deadlines and remind the Managing Director of upcoming commitments.
