Supervise, coordinate, and manage spa therapists, receptionists, attendants, and other staff. Schedule staff shifts, appointments, treatments, and other spa activities. Ensure clients receive professional, personalized, and high-quality services. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
