Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, optimization, and administration of the organization’s ERP platform across multiple locations. Ensure effective utilization of core ERP modules including Sales, HR, Inventory, Finance, and Fixed Assets. Oversee ERP integration for central production, logistics, and internal stock transfers. Develop real-time management dashboards for sales performance, food cost analysis, and labor productivity. Enforce strong data governance standards and ensure alignment between system records and physical operations. Collaborate with internal audit teams to deploy system-based controls and fraud monitoring tools. Manage retail technology infrastructure including POS systems, scanners, printers, and network connectivity. Ensure system reliability through business continuity and disaster recovery planning. Lead ERP training initiatives and coordinate technology vendors and consultants.
