We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in Sokoto. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet regional targets. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitor activity. Manage, mentor, and monitor sales representatives within the assigned territory. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies. Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Drive brand visibility and consumer engagement in line with the company’s marketing goals. Requirements: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of the North- Westmarket terrain. Minimum of 5 years sales experience: in FMCG, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Candidates must reside in Sokoto. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
