Monitor branch performance against sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and revenue generation. Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, health, safety, and food hygiene standards. Recruit, train, coach, and mentor branch managers and operational staff to enhance performance and service quality. Analyze financial reports, control operational costs, and implement measures to maximize profitability. Ensure excellent customer service by resolving escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally.
