Our client is seeking an experienced Laboratory/Quality Control Analystfor its feed mill operations in Ibadan. The ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of hands-on laboratory/quality control experience: in a feed milland a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain laboratory reports and quality records. Adhere to laboratory safety procedures and best practices. Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate test results. Monitor product quality throughout the production process and recommend corrective actions where necessary. Collaborate with production and procurement teams to maintain consistent product quality. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other applicable quality and feed safety standards. Investigate quality issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions. Perform routine laboratory tests to ensure products meet established quality specifications. Conduct physical and chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished feed products. Requirements: Good understanding of quality management systems and feed safety standards. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
