The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, strengthening our brand identity, and increasing our online presence across digital platforms. If you are passionate about storytelling, content creation, branding, and digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with the company's goals. Create high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photos and videos for digital platforms. Design creative graphics, flyers, banners, and promotional materials. Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand voice. Develop monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns. Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement. Work closely with different departments to create content for company programs, events, recruitment, and community outreach. Ensure all brand materials are consistent with the company's identity and messaging. Track content performance and provide reports with recommendations for improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Branding, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in content creation, branding, or digital marketing. Strong writing and storytelling skills. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar creative tools. Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. Knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and think creatively. What We're Looking For Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
