The role involves inspecting and recording incoming items, organizing stock in designated locations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The Warehouse Officer will monitor stock levels through regular counts, prepare and dispatch orders promptly, and ensure all documentation such as GRNs, waybills, and stock records are properly maintained. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the warehouse, and coordinate effectively with procurement, logistics, and other departments to support smooth operations. The role also requires identifying and reporting discrepancies, damages, or shortages, while ensuring overall accuracy, accountability, and efficiency in warehouse activities.
