Coordinate technicians, contractors, cleaners, security and other service providers. Monitor and manage facility-related expenses and maintenance activities. Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, incidents and prepare regular facility and maintenance reports for management. Conduct regular inspections to identify faults, damages, and maintenance needs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire and other relevant facility regulations. Liaise with management, tenants, vendors and relevant authorities when necessary. Coordinate the daily operations of the mall and ensure the mall environment is clean, safe, functional and properly maintained. Supervise maintenance of the building, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, generators, water systems and other facilities. Respond promptly to facility breakdowns and emergencies. Major Requirements: Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. Minimum of two years’ relevant experience: in facility management, mall management, building operations or a similar role. Strong knowledge of building maintenance, facilities, safety, and general operations. Must be resident in Abuja or willing to relocate independently. Ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, technicians and service providers. HND / B.Sc. in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Building Technology, Estate Management, Civil Engineering or a related field. Ability to work independently and respond effectively to operational issues. Reward System Salary: N200,000 gross monthly.
