The ideal candidate should have strong HR generalist experience, be able to work independently, and have proven experience: working in a fast-paced Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: HR Operations & Administration: Manage day-to-day HR processes, employee records, documentation, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit processes. Talent Acquisition: Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer management, and onboarding. Employee Relations & Engagement : Support employee inquiries, grievances, disciplinary matters, and engagement initiatives. Payroll & Benefits: Support: Provide accurate HR inputs for payroll and support benefits: administration and employee queries. Strong understanding of end-to-end HR operations and service delivery. Experience: in construction, engineering, real estate, or other project-based environments is highly desirable. Experience: managing high-volume recruitment of construction manpower is required. Ability to work independently and effectively manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Adaptable, resilient, and process-oriented mindset. CIPM certification or membership is an advantage.
