We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Disbursement Officer Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Head of Operations Key Responsibilities: Quality Control & Verification: Conduct final vehicle inspections, verify engine/chassis numbers, and confirm tracking devices are properly installed and active. Logistics & Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate the movement of vehicles from assembly to warehouse, dealers, or delivery locations while ensuring efficient and safe logistics. Systems & Data Management: Accurately update disbursement information on the Loan Origination System (LOS) and manage the end-to-end disbursement process. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure vehicles are properly registered and insured, and verify and organise all required documentation before disbursement. Client Handover: Conduct professional vehicle handovers, explain vehicle features and maintenance requirements, and provide a positive customer experience. Requirements: & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of Nigerian vehicle registration and insurance processes. Strong attention to detail, organisational and problem-solving skills. Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. 2–4 years' experience: in logistics, fleet management, auto-finance, or operations; vehicle dealership experience: is an advantage.
