Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Oversee day-to-day operations of the LPG plant and associated facilities. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and operational resources. Monitor operational KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports for management. Supervise the Plant Supervisor to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are executed effectively. Oversee the QA/QC function to ensure consistent product quality and service standards. Ensure compliance with all quality management systems and operational procedures. Investigate quality incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions. Provide oversight for the maintenance and functionality of company facilities and utilities. Ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational at all times. Coordinate major repairs, upgrades, and facility improvement projects. Ensure compliance with all HSE policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Lead incident investigations and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback. Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Ensure efficient procurement and utilization of operational resources. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Professional certifications in Operations, Project Management, HSE, or Quality Management are an advantage. Minimum of 4 years' experience in operations management within the energy, LPG, manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial sector. At least 2 years in a management position.
