The Facility Manager will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, security, and management of our commercial buildings and residential estates in Enugu. Your core objective is to ensure a safe, clean, and fully operational environment for residents and tenants while optimizing operational costs. Min Qualification: HND Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Estate Maintenance: Coordinate routine, preventive, and emergency repairs for all estate infrastructure (roads, drainage, water supply systems, and central generators). Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise external service providers, including waste management teams, landscaping crews, and technicians. Security Oversight: Manage estate security personnel and systems to ensure a secure living environment. Service Charge Administration: Manage billing, collection, and budgeting of estate service charges and utility bills.
