We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Bar Attendant Location : Abuja Job Summary The Barman/Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, managing beverage stock, accurately processing orders, and providing excellent guest service in line with DAL's standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate stock records. Take and process guest orders accurately and promptly. Comply with company policies, hygiene standards, and applicable legal requirements. Minimize wastage, spillage, and unauthorized use of beverages. Monitor beverage and bar supplies and report low stock levels. Provide courteous, professional, and responsive service to guests. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized bar area. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Record sales and orders accurately. Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and bar equipment. Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. KPIs Stock Count Accuracy: ≥ 98% Stock Variance: ≤ 2% Hygiene Compliance: 100% Guest Satisfaction: ≥ 90% Order Accuracy: ≥ 98% Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification. Previous experience: as a bartender, barman, or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage. Basic knowledge of beverages, bar operations, and hygiene practices. Required Skills: Excellent customer service. Beverage preparation and presentation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure. Professionalism, honesty, and reliability. Stock management and inventory control. Attention to detail. Numeracy and accurate record keeping.
