Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the Quality Control/Quality Assurance team. Inspect and ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. Identify defects, non-conformities, and process deviations and ensure timely corrective actions. Develop and enforce quality inspection procedures and standards. Monitor product defects, rejection, rework, wastage, and customer complaints. Conduct root-cause analysis and implement effective corrective/preventive actions. Work closely with Production and other departments to maintain consistent product quality. Prepare quality reports and monitor key quality performance indicators. Train and supervise Quality Control Inspectors. Requirements: Minimum 4 years' experience: in Quality Control Inspection/Quality Assurance. Strong and in-depth knowledge of QC/QA principles, inspection procedures, defect analysis, and CAPA.
