Are you a current NYSC member or Just Finished NYSC looking to bypass the entry-level corporate grind and step straight into executive leadership? This is a high-stakes, fast-paced executive role where you will design our delivery framework, manage dispatch logistics, and scale daily operations from zero to thousands of deliveries. We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy Volunteer COO to partner directly with the founder and mastermind our launch operations. Key Responsibilities: Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage future operational volunteers and field agents as the platform scales. Operational Blueprinting: Design, optimize, and oversee day-to-day dispatch, route tracking, and final-mile fulfillment logistics. Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key operational metrics such as Delivery Lead Time, Cost-per-Delivery, and Fulfillment Rates. Risk & Crisis Management: Act as the primary escalation point for operational bottlenecks, delivery disputes, and system delays, implementing immediate fixes. Strategic Growth: Work hand-in-hand with the founder to execute aggressive operational growth strategies over the next few months. Network Coordination: Onboard, manage, and maintain relationships with dispatch riders, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and corporate clients. Required Qualifications & Education: Academic Background: B.Sc. or HND in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or a highly analytical equivalent. NYSC Status: Must be a current serving corp member looking for a career-defining Primary Assignment (PPA) or side project. Technical & Core Skills Data & Analytics: Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to model operational capacity, track performance, and analyze data.
