The Company Driver is responsible for transporting company staff, clients, and goods safely and efficiently while ensuring the assigned vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and compliant with all traffic regulations. Key Responsibilities: Report mechanical issues, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly. Safely transport employees, clients, and company materials to designated locations. Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance. Safeguard company property and maintain the confidentiality of company information. Assist with loading and unloading items when required. Inspect the vehicle before and after trips, checking fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, and other essential systems. Keep the company vehicle clean, presentable, and in good working condition. Ensure regular servicing and maintenance of the assigned vehicle. Follow assigned schedules and planned routes to ensure timely arrivals. Perform other transportation-related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations. Proven experience: as a company, corporate, or professional driver. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when required. High School Diploma or equivalent (SSCE, HND, OND) preferred with 2-3years in driving both Manual and automatic vehicles. Skills and Competencies: Professional appearance and conduct. Dependability and integrity. Time management and organizational skills. Problem-solving abilities. Safe and defensive driving skills. Attention to detail. Working Conditions: Frequent travel within assigned areas. May require extended driving hours. Occasional lifting of packages or equipment.
