Build financial forecasts and assist with corporate budgeting. Compliance and Auditing: Ensure adherence to standard financial policies like GAAP or IFRS. Prepare and file accurate corporate tax returns. Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits. Monitor and update internal financial controls to prevent fraud. Leadership and Operations: Supervise, train, and review the work of junior accounting staff. Reconcile complex general ledger accounts and bank statements.
