The ideal candidate should be self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess hands-on experience: using RetailMan software and Microsoft Excel. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Officer to oversee inventory management within a fast-paced retail and distribution environment. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly. Generate inventory reports using RetailMan software and Microsoft Excel. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all stock locations. Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions and stock movements. Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies. Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory. Monitor stock levels and recommend timely replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking. Conduct routine stock counts and periodic inventory audits. Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned by management. Work closely with the procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy. Requirements: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail or distribution environment. Willingness to reside in the company's shared staff accommodation. High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail. Possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with at least 3 years' experience: as an Inventory Officer. Proven ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Proficiency in RetailMan software is mandatory. Salary N180,000 monthly.
