Key Responsibilities: Process trade orders, verify transaction details, and ensure the accuracy of digital records. Maintain accurate documentation of all digital trade activities. Prepare periodic reports on digital transactions and operational updates. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and escalate technical challenges where necessary. Assist customers with digital trade enquiries, account issues, and transaction-related requests. Support the onboarding of customers onto digital platforms and services. Ensure compliance with the organization's financial policies and operational procedures. Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various platforms. Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Requirements: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using digital platforms. Basic understanding of digital financial transactions is an added advantage.
