We are seeking an experienced School Operations Manager to join our growing British curriculum nursery and primary school in Ibadan. Responsibilities: As School Operations Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth, professional and efficient running of the school. Working closely with the leadership team, you will oversee the operational systems, administrative functions and admissions processes that support the school's continued growth and reputation for excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards across all non-academic operations, ensuring that parents, staff, pupils and visitors experience: a well-organised, responsive and professionally managed environment. You will also drive continuous improvement in systems, processes and service delivery while supporting key school events, initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities. This role combines operational leadership with hands-on execution and is suited to a highly organised professional who takes ownership, exercises sound judgement and consistently delivers exceptional standards without close supervision. Requirements: The successful candidate will have: A minimum of five years' post-NYSC experience: in school administration. A egree or HND in Education: Management, Business Administration or a related discipline. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with digital systems and databases. Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management skills. A proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, discretion and attention to detail. A track record of professionalism, reliability and continuous improvement. We are seeking a capable and experienced professional who combines strong operational expertise with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.
