Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Revenue & Commercial Focus (60%): Drive weekly car intake to achieve gross margin targets Acquire fleet and corporate accounts (ride-hailing, logistics, taxi, and corporate clients) Increase average ticket via upselling services and premium offerings Enforce pricing discipline and high-margin jobs Operations & Execution (40%): Supervise the shop floor via the Operations & Parts Supervisor Track technician productivity and enforce accountability (target 90–95%) Ensure quality control and minimize comeback rates (<5%) Manage parts and inventory, monitor turnaround times Implement and enforce SOPs consistently Requirements: Proven track record running a workshop with ₦5M+ monthly gross margin Experienced in fleet acquisition & corporate sales Strong leadershi Data-driven and comfortable with KPI Hands-on problem-solving with a focus on commercial outcome Ability to work independently under minimal oversight Basic financial literacy (margins, cash, revenue tracking) Bonus Skills: Familiarity with the Nigerian automotive landscape CRM experience Creative Mindset Reporting: Weekly KPI dashboard: cars in/out, gross margin, technician utilization, comeback rate, cash reconciliation, fleet pipeline. Monthly financial report and projections.
