Our client is recruiting for two positions of Assistant Chief Pharmacist. Responsibilities: Support procurement, storage, stock control and distribution of medicines. Participate in quality assurance, audit and continuing professional development. Dispense medicines accurately and provide clinical pharmacy input to patient care. Contribute to formulary management, medicines information and pharmacovigilance. Handle and document controlled medicines in line with PCN and national requirements. Requirements: Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from a recognised institution. Completion of the required national internship/pre-registration training and NYSC, or a valid exemption where applicable. Experience: Experience: supervising and supporting junior hospital pharmacy staff. Experience: working within a multidisciplinary hospital team. Minimum of 8 years of post-registration experience: in the relevant profession, including experience: at Principal grade or equivalent.
