Our client urgently requires the services of an experienced Manager who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience: in the management of an Apartment or a Hotel. Responsibilities: Processing applications and negotiating leases and rental rates. Establishing and enforcing property rules. Advertising and showing vacant properties to prospective tenants. Planning and overseeing renovations, maintenance, repairs, and services. Investigating complaints and resolving conflicts.
