This includes monitoring staff performance, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience: at all times. The Supervisor will oversee inventory management processes, including stock receiving, storage, and replenishment, to minimize stockouts and losses. They will ensure that products are properly displayed and merchandised in line with company guidelines to drive sales and enhance store appearance. Regular checks will be conducted to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store environment. In addition, the Supervisor will support the achievement of sales targets by motivating staff, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to improve productivity. The role also involves preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports on sales, stock levels, and operational activities. The Supervisor will assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. They will work closely with management to identify operational challenges and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
