We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Area Sales Manager - Milling Job Location : Ikeja, Lagos Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for Bühler's Milling Solutions across West Africa. Manage the full sales cycle from business development to contract closure and handover. Drive new business opportunities, grow strategic accounts, and build a sustainable sales pipeline. Understand customer needs and deliver value-driven milling solutions using Bühler's technologies and services. Prepare proposals, tenders, commercial offers, and business cases in collaboration with internal teams. Lead commercial negotiations and secure profitable business agreements. Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships while monitoring market and competitor trends. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and account plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Represent Bühler at customer visits and industry events, with frequent travel across the assigned West African markets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Milling Science, Business, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience: in sales, business development, or key account management within industrial equipment, food or grain processing, or a related industry. Proven success in solution selling, strategic account management, contract negotiation, and new business development. Strong understanding of milling technologies, customer operations, and commercial value creation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Fluent in English; French or regional language skills are an advantage. Willingness to travel frequently across West Africa.
