Manage and coordinate critical material transfers, ensuring precision and timing for successful commissioning and start-up phases. Direct the implementation of strict SSHE management standards and maintenance management protocols across all logistics workflows. Provide high-level technical support to operational teams, ensuring all logistics procedures align with project-specific goals and company-wide standards. Represent the logistics function during emergency drills and incident response planning to maintain site-wide safety compliance. Influence cross-functional stakeholders through data-driven reporting and expert decision-making to streamline resource allocation.
