We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Operations / Business Development Manager (Sector: Catering/Hospitality) Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a smart, experienced, proactive and result-oriented Operations/Business Development Manager to oversee our industrial catering operations while driving growth and developing new client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Oversee day-to-day catering operations across onshore and offshore locations. Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, food safety standards and client’s procedures. Prepare business proposals, presentations and contract opportunities. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas and other industrial sectors. Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports. Supervise operational teams and ensure effective resource allocation. Monitor operational costs, supports cost control measures and profitability Develop strategies to increase revenue and secure new contracts. Requirements: Strong knowledge and practical experience: with ISO management systems and standards- ISO 9001 (quality Management), ISO 22000 (food safety management) Proficiency in Microsoft office.
