Develop sales strategy and drive revenue growth. Ensure an exceptional customer experience Be responsible for operational efficiency, marketing initiatives, sales performance, and brand growth, all while maintaining service standards for customers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3 years of proven experience in operations, sales, and leadership within the beauty or service industry. Strong sales and marketing skills and customer management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment. Passion for beauty trends, service, products, and client experience. Willingness to work weekends and during peak business hours.
