We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Lead the financial project planning, scheduling, and execution processes to ensure timely and accurate financial outcomes Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance and accounts department. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes. Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. Addressing complex financial challenges, making informed decisions, and mitigating risks to safeguard the company’s financial health. Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports. Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial forecasts. Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and innovation to streamline financial operations and drive efficiency. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems. Coordinate and lead the annual audit process. Provide strategic financial advice and insights to senior management. Requirements: Must be a qualified ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria) member. High level of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Good knowledge of Nigerian accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
