We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Van Sales Representative (VSR) Location: Nationwide Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking proactive and results-driven Van Sales Representatives (VSRs) to join our growing sales team. The VSR will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring product visibility in assigned territories. Candidates must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellence in the FMCG distribution space. Key Responsibilities: Execute daily van sales operations to achieve sales targets and distribution objectives. Manage and grow customer base within the assigned territory. Build strong customer relationships and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. Ensure proper merchandising, visibility, and availability of products in outlets. Ensure proper handling of company van, products, and sales equipment. Work closely with the sales supervisor to drive route-to-market execution. Collect market intelligence and provide timely feedback on competitor activities. Accurately process sales transactions and maintain proper stock records. Requirements: Minimum of OND/NCE qualification (HND/BSc is an advantage). Proven track record in van sales or open market sales. Must reside in, or be willing to work within, the stated location. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet set targets. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual vans is mandatory. 3–6 years’ experience: in FMCG sales/distribution.
