Key Responsibilities: Support staff welfare initiatives and engagement activities. Provide HR support to construction/site teams. Support recruitment activities for corporate and construction/site roles. Manage employee documentation, personnel files, and HR records. Assist in enforcing company policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases. Handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially. Support onboarding and exit processes for employees. Support payroll preparation and employee data management. Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee movements. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. Experience: supporting construction, real estate, or site-based organizations is an advantage. Ability to work with both office and site teams. Good knowledge of Nigerian labour practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
