Control consumables, spare parts, tools and company assets. Manage incidents, downtime and customer escalations. nsure effective preventive and corrective maintenance. Lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor operational costs and prepare performance reports. Supervise technicians and support their training and development. Monitor equipment uptime, coding quality and Customer SLAs. Qualifications and Experience: Experience: in multi-site or 24-hour production operations will be an advantage. Minimum of five years' relevant experience: in industrial operations, manufacturing, maintenance or technical service delivery. Candidates should possess a B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Industrial, Production Engineering or a related discipline.
