The role involves implementing individualised behaviour intervention plans, teaching functional skills, collecting and recording data, and working collaboratively with teachers, families, and the multidisciplinary team to promote meaningful progress and inclusion. Key Responsibilities: Implement individualised ABA programmes and behaviour support plans. Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions to develop communication, social, academic, and daily living skills. Collect accurate behavioural data and monitor learner progress. Support positive behaviour and implement behaviour reduction strategies as directed. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistency across settings. Prepare learning materials and maintain accurate session notes and documentation. Participate in training, supervision, and professional development activities. Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, Behaviour Analysis, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Training or certification in Applied Behaviour Analysis (e.g., QASP-S, RBT, ABAT, or equivalent) is desirable. Experience: working with children with autism, developmental disabilities, or additional learning needs. Knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and behaviour intervention strategies. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accurate documentation.
