The successful candidates will be responsible for driving merchant and agent acquisition, POS terminal deployment and utilization, transaction growth, customer retention, and revenue performance while leading State Coordinators and Direct Sales Agents (DSAs). Key Responsibilities: Represent locally with state-level stakeholders, regulators and strategic partners as required. Drive merchant and agent acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention. Monitor sales performance, transaction volumes, and revenue, implementing corrective actions where necessary. Ensureregional compliance with KYC/KYB, AML and terminal deploymentand risk management standards. Develop and execute regional sales and market expansion strategies. Oversee POS terminal deployment, utilization, and portfolio performance. Build strategic partnerships to expand market reach and business growth. Prepare periodic sales reports, market intelligence, and performance analytics. Lead, coach, and manage State Coordinators, and DSAs to achieve regional targets. Requirements: Master's Degree is an added advantage. Good understanding of the Nigerian fintech ecosystem, CBN regulations, and agency banking operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales reporting tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. 7–10 years' experience: in fintech, agency banking, POS acquiring, merchant acquisition, or financial services sales, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role. Proven track record of scaling POS and agency banking businesses and managing multi-state sales operations. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and business development skills. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
