Plan and deliver engaging, high quality lessons in Literacy, Numeracy, Science, and Social Studies, aligned with curriculum standards and Montessori inspired learning principles. Participate actively in professional development opportunities and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Foster children’s confidence, independence, critical thinking, and love for learning through purposeful classroom experiences. Monitor and assess student progress through observation, classwork, projects, and formal assessments, providing timely support and feedback where needed. Collaborate with colleagues to plan enriching learning experiences, school programmes, and community events. Requirements: 1 - 2 years of teaching experience, preferably within an early primary or lower elementary setting. Bachelor’s Degree in Education: or a related field. Understanding of Montessori education: or a genuine willingness to learn and apply Montessori principles. Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to design engaging learning experiences that accommodate diverse learning needs and styles. Demonstrated professionalism, creativity, initiative, and commitment to educational excellence.
