Conduct experiments methodically, analyse data and interpret results Solicit observations from operators Responsible for ensuring that plant equipment’s are in safe operating condition by conducting routine maintenance and scheduling needed repairs. SAP system for MM and PM module. Alter and modify design to meet requirements: and to eliminate malfunctions To ensure the standard of quality standard are followed during maintenance work. Perform any other related jobs as assigned by Section Head or Head of Department Lead the team of engineers for supervision of maintenance and timely completion of maintenance activity. Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety Prepare product reports and documentation Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems Preparing and maintaining check list. Preparation & maintain that spare inventory for smooth operation of cement production. Requirements: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or any related field At least 5 years of experience: in Mechanical Maintenance, preferably Cement plant experience.
